This event is an opportunity to explore the cause and effect relationship between economic development and transportation infrastructure investment. Keynote speakers are Lee Munnich, Humphrey Institure - Senior Fellow & Director of State & Local Policy program; and Andrew Owen, University of MN - Research Fellow & Director of the Accessibility Observatory. Other program features are: Local transportation initiative updates (GSDC Air Service Corps - Al Kremers, Chair; North Star Rail Authority - Leigh Lenzmeier, Chair; I-94 Expansion - Terry Humbert, MnDOT District 3; Intermodal Hub Study; and CMTA & GSDC Collaboration); highlights of the Rochester/Mayo Clinic infrastructure initiative "Destination Medical Center"; Local Industry Perspectives on the cost of congestion, and Legislative Perspectives.
