Keynote speakers are Lee Munnich\, Humphrey Institure - Senior Fellow & Director of State & Local Policy program\; and Andrew Owen\, University of MN - Research Fellow & Director of the Accessibility Observatory.  Other program features are: Local transportation initiative updates (GSDC Air Service Corps - Al Kremers\, Chair\; North Star Rail Authority - Leigh Lenzmeier\, Chair\; I-94 Expansion - Terry Humbert\, MnDOT District 3\; Intermodal Hub Study\; and CMTA & GSDC Collaboration)\; highlights of the Rochester/Mayo Clinic infrastructure initiative "Destination Medical Center"\; Local Industry Perspectives on the cost of congestion\, and Legislative Perspectives.\n\nAnyone interested in economic development and transportation infrastructure issues is welcome to attend.  A light breakfast will be provided.
