Paramount Center for the Arts (PCA) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Community Engagement Manager who is passionate about building vibrant, inclusive communities through arts and culture. This individual will lead PCA’s long-term engagement initiatives, designing and implementing impactful programs that connect diverse audiences with arts, entertainment, and cultural experiences.
The Community Engagement Manager will be responsible for organizing events, managing outreach and communications, and cultivating meaningful partnerships with mission-aligned organizations. With a strong emphasis on increasing access—particularly for underserved communities—this role will also oversee a program-specific volunteer program, track engagement metrics, and collaborate across departments to amplify awareness and participation.
Additional responsibilities include supporting fundraising and grant writing efforts, overseeing budget planning, and serving as the primary liaison between PCA and its community partners. PCA is looking for a skilled communicator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker who is committed to making a difference and shaping the future of community engagement.
This is full-time (32 hours/week), exempt position. Employee to work in the office, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9am-5pm, along with some nights and weekends for Community Engagement events. Option to work remote one day each week after one year of employment. Benefits include paid vacation, starting at 10 days annually (prorated), 9 paid holidays, accruable personal time (PTO), free parking, option to join 401(k) retirement plan after one year of employment, discount in Gift Gallery, and complimentary tickets/registration to select Paramount events. Annual salary: $45,000-$50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
