Affordable Housing Maintenance Technician
Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overall maintenance of the apartment complex. They are also responsible for maintaining curb appeal. The Maintenance Technician will handle major repairs and perform preventative maintenance. Is responsible in prioritizing work. Major Job Responsibilities: Completes timely repairs and painting for all of the apartment units and manages emergency calls. Seeks supervisor approval for repairs over $500 in cost.Maintains grounds of buildings
