This session introduces you to the world and culture of our Somali community members. Learn about cultural differences, work ethic and conflict resolution. There will be plenty of time for your frank questions about our Somali neighbors.
Hudda Ibrahim is a faculty member at St. Cloud Technical and Community College and the founder of Filsan Consultant, specializing in conflict resolution and policy development. She trains employers and employees about cultural differences and how to work together more effectively.
