Hello!
We are excited to invite you to an important in-person training session, "Beyond Good Intentions: Understanding ProfessionalDangerousness," taking place on May 1, 2025. This engaging training is designed for professionals working with vulnerable populations, offering crucial insights into ethical decision-making, reflective practice, and minimizing harm in our work.
Do any of these resonate with your experience at work?
You’re not alone: These common patterns often emerge from stress, burnout, or systemic pressures. Over time, they can unintentionally impact the safety and well-being of the families we aim to support—a concept known as Professional Dangerousness (PD).
We’re Here to Help: The Professional Dangerousness Collective (The PD Collective) is a collaboration between Jessica Hoeper and Brëanna McMullen, bringing together their unique expertise to help professionals like you navigate these challenges. Join us for a full-day, in-person workshop to explore this critical topic. This engaging session will equip you with practical tools and meaningful insights to recognize and address these patterns, fostering more supportive environments for all.
