Job Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner is a strategic member of the HR team who supports the leaders and program staff across the organization. This position provides advice and oversees initiatives including recruitment and talent management, compensation/benefits, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This position works closely with supervisors and managers to address workforce needs to align identified needs with organizational goals.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in business, management, psychology or related field
Job Related Experience: Five (5) years of related experience
Additional Knowledge, skills, and abilities required: Must be able to successfully pass a background check and be an approved agency driver.
