Description:
Minnesota Family Magazine is seeking a mission-driven Freelance Publication Assistant to help coordinate operations, support advertisers and volunteers, and serve as a trusted ambassador of our publication. This flexible, part-time contract is ideal for someone who is organized, outgoing, and passionate about strengthening families and community.

What you’ll do:
Support and coordinate freelance advertising sales reps
Manage house advertising accounts and renewal efforts
Provide customer service to advertisers and communicate with writers/editors
Attend chamber/networking events to build visibility and partnerships
Help grow our advertiser base and subscriber count
Assist with editorial planning, events, and internal promotional efforts
