Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty insurance license required

Life & Health insurance license preferred

Job Responsibilities

Assist customers with policy questions, changes, and general service needs

Help customers understand their insurance coverage and available options

Identify opportunities to better protect customers and their families

Support the agency's daily operations and contribute to a positive customer experience
