Women's Health 101

With the vast amount of health information available today, it can be confusing and overwhelming what to believe. Our goal is to provide a forum in which women have access to the most up-to-date, reliable information from health care specialists. The day includes a variety of presenters withtopics ranging from heart disease, nutrition and stress management. Free screenings, such as cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure also will be available.
