Washington, D.C. Fly-In April 20-23, 2026

Registration is now open for one of our Chamber’s most valuable and rewarding events of the year! Each spring, St. Cloud Area Chamber members travel to Washington, D.C., to connect directly with Minnesota’s congressional delegation, federal officials, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. This is a unique opportunity to advocate for business priorities and engage in meaningful discussions about issues affecting our region.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
 
🔹REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATIONS
The registration fee is $275 per person for all Chamber members.
Spouses or travel companions must register and pay the $275 fee if they plan to participate in planned meal functions and meetings (please contact Julie if you have any questions).
Leadership Class participants 2025/26 – no charge for registration.

Room Rate $429 per night +tax. No need to contact the hotel – your room will be reserved by the Chamber.

✈️ Departure – April 20: MSP to DCA | Delta 2983 | 10:34 AM – 2:00 PM ($582 roundtrip as of 1/29)
✈️ Return – April 23: DCA to MSP | Delta 2958 | 12:00 PM – 1:50 PM
Feel free to book any flight that suits your schedule.
An opening reception is scheduled for 5:00 PM on Monday, April 20, at the Hotel Washington, followed by dinner.

📅 A detailed itinerary will be shared as the trip approaches, but here’s a glimpse of what’s planned:

🍽️ Dinners on April 20, 21, and 22 are included in your registration. All other meals and transportation are at your discretion.
