Supervisor Development Certificate Program 2004

The Supervisor Development Program at the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce offers 7 different courses in 7 distinct areas that will give new supervisors the necessary tools to become more effective. In order to receive the Supervisor Development certificate, participants are required to attend 6 of the 7 courses. At this time we are accepting reservations for the full certificate program only. The following 5 courses are required to receive the certificate.

Session V: Conflict Management - Speaker: Bruce Miles, Big River Group, LLC 05/06/2004

The 2 elective courses are as follows. One of these sessions must also be attended to receive the certificate.
