St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis' annual State of the City Address will be presented at 12:30 on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at Tech High School. The presentation is hosted and sponsored by the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce and the St. Cloud Rotary Club and is free and open to the public. Registration is not required.
