St. Cloud Area Evening at Capitol 3-15-11

The St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce is showcasing our area communities for all of our Minnesota Senators and Representatives.  We are inviting them to become acquainted with YOU and the organization you represent.  To mark our fifth anniversary as special, the St. Cloud Area Evening at the Capitol will be held in the James J. Hill Room of the St. Paul Hotel.  We will not be doing the individual information tables that sponsors have had in the past.  This year we will have one centralized table available for sponsor brochures and literature. 

The cost for sponsorship is $250 for Chamber members, which includes your organization's banner (you can bring one, or we will have one made for you), centralized table space and three participant admissions.  Additional participants may attend for $50 each.  (Non-members may reserve space for $375).  We're also providing appetizers, one beverage ticket and a full cash bar for all attendees.  Our goal is to provide a relaxed and informal atmosphere that will encourage conversation and friendly discussion. 

Make sure you participate and share your story!  Legislators have asked us how they can learn more about the needs of Central Minnesota, and you are our storytellers.  We need to hear from you by February 25, 2011, if you want to participate in this exciting opportunity!  If you have questions, call Ginny Kroll at 656-3805.
