MN Community Health Worker Employer Forum

Expand your knowledge on the role of a community health worker (CHW) in a health care setting. Join the MN Community Health Worker Project from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 28 in the Windfeldt Room at CentraCare Health Plaza. Presenters will discuss industries that employ CHWs and the benefitto having a CHW in your community as well as how to pay for and support them.
