Lunchtime Learning: Workplace Violence-Staying Safe: Identifying Potential Threats"

Run Hide Fight is a concept currently being implemented by many local businesses and universities. Developed by the St. Cloud Police Department, this active threat training is based on best practices and recommendations by OSHA, FEMA, and the Dept. of Homeland Security in an effort to train local organizations on how best to handle an active threat situation.

Officer Mike Warner, St. Cloud Police Department, has been a police officer for 20 years. He has 15 years of experience working as a Field Training Office (FTO), and spent two years working with the Housing Redevelopment Authority (HRA). He is currently assigned to the Community Crime Impact Team and is an active member of the SWAT team.
