Nancy Myers is the training and development manager at GNP Company and conducts annual diversity training for the organization. Over seven languages are spoken at GNP's Cold Spring plant and the company continues to hire and promote people from diverse backgrounds. She has more than 20 years of experience in supervisory/leadership development.
