Lunchtime Learning-''FISH!ing For Customers''

As a way to bring important yet fun information to business people over lunch, the Business Development Council of the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce brings to you a series of lunchtime lectures. This month the program will present ways to improve customer service with the FISH! Philosophy.

Key topics: The principle of "personal power", the principle of "being in alignment", the principle of "vision-in-action" and the principle of "transformation".

All Lunchtime Learning programs include a "Brown Bag" lunch.
