Lunchtime Learning: Creating a Leadership Philosophy for your Workplace 5/1/13

Is it really necessary to teach leadership philosophy to your management team?  The answer is a resounding YES!!  It all begins with understanding that leaders must model the behaviors first before they can expect others to follow them.  If you truly want an engaged work force you must spend time with your management team and they must assume full responsibility for the productivity of direct reports.  Nancy Myers is the training manager at GNP Compay.  Her passion is conducting training to improve supervisor effectiveness and ensure that training is aligned with company strategy. This training is sponsored by The College of St. Scholastica St. Cloud Campus. Lunch is included with the session.
