LEADERSHIP: The Assessment Center, Level I

Leadership Assessment Level I uses three assessment processes. These tools are web-enabled and completed prior to the session. Two tools used in the Hiring Package plus the BrainMode Power tool. Hiring Package tool includes PXT, Whole Person tool and PPI, a Style tool. These systems take responses and compare them to normative groups and statistically valid research to produce reports that will describe your Learning Style, Behavioral Traits, Occupational Interests, and Work Style like Myers Briggs or DISC. The third tool is for development and reports preferred Sensory and Thinking modes,so employees can capitalize on accelerating learning, communicating more effectively and workingmore productively. Participants also receive 14 weeks of exercises and techniques are e-mailed tothe employee 14 weeks in a row to help increase Brain Mode power scores and personal effectiveness. Two hours of coaching feedback is included.
