Introduction to Supervision & Performance Management

This course is designed for those who are new to management and supervisory roles. By completing self-assessments, reviewing various workplace scenarios and adding to discussions regarding supervision, attendees will become stronger managers through the following areas of professional development:

Identifying challenges of transitioning from a supervised employee to a supervisory position
Identifying barriers and opportunities for success
Identifying successful supervisor traits
Defining performance management
Setting SMART goals for self and employees

This course can be taken in person at SCTCC or remotely via Zoom.
