Intro to Microsoft Excel

Learn the basics of a spreadsheet and the foundation of Excel as you become aware of and navigate through the program using its many features. The hands-on classroom provides opportunity for questions and growth in skill using Excel.  

In one  4-Hour session Students will learn and practice the following:
· Efficient use and navigation of the Ribbon and Quick Access Toolbar
· Insert cells, rows, and columns
· Cut, copy, and paste special functions
· Format cells
· Name, color code tabs, and organize worksheets
· Work with Headers and Footers
· Freeze and unfreeze panes
· Protect worksheets and workbooks
· Customize margins, page breaks, and paper orientation
