Congressman Jim Oberstar and Congressional Candidate Elwyn Tinklenberg are guest speakers at a luncheon co-hosted by the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce and the Central Minnesota Transportation Alliance.  The luncheon is October 10 at the Radisson Suite Hotel, 404 West St. Germain, St. Cloud.  Registration and food service begins at 11:45 a.m., with Congressman Oberstar and Candidate Tinklenberg speaking at 12:25 p.m.  Topics to be discussed will be transportation and other national issues of interest.  The event costs $20.00 for St. Cloud Area Chamber and CMTA members, and $30.00 for non-members.  Register by calling the Chamber at (320) 251-2940, extension 126, or by email at registrations@StCloudAreaChamber.com by October 8.
