Building & Leading Teams

This course is designed for anyone interested in building and leading more cohesive teams. The course focuses on areas needed for strong teams: trust, productivity and leader development. Attendees will gain a better understanding of their leadership style. The following areas of professional development will be addressed:

Identify the attributes, approaches and styles of leadership
Define trust and demonstrate how to build it
Identify your leadership style
Define the steps to team building
Identify the phases of team building
Describe motivational techniques
Identify and address the five dysfunction of teams

This course can be taken in person at SCTCC or remotely via Zoom.
