DESCRIPTION:This program encourages young professionals to:* Develop skills for career growth through monthly dialogues with other career-oriented professionals.* Build business relationships with like-minded professionals.* Learn ways to grow and succeed from colleagues with similar goals.* Demonstrate a willingness\, desire\, and commitment to strengthen business skills.* Seek out best practices in a non-competitive environment. Member Criteria: * Participants must have less than seven years of experience in current industry.* Be on the move upward\, looking for ways to gain stronger skills and a broader knowledge base.* Be a member of the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce.   Groups are currently being organized and will meet monthly\, September-May.  If you have a highly motivated career-oriented employee with a vision for success\, and you want to help that employee build your company\, consider the Young Professionals Dialogue Group.
