DESCRIPTION:St. Cloud State University Professor Abbas Mehdi\, sociology and anthropology\, will speak to a St. Cloud audience about the volatile situation in Iraq from the perspective of an Iraqi expatriate and an academic.  Mehdi's background in management\, organizations and sociology provide the analytical lens through which he presents his experiences and those of his friends and family still inside Iraq.\n\nThe presentation\, "Iraq: Democracy or Destruction? An Iraqi-American Perspective\," will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday\, March 22\, in Stewart Hall on campus.
