DESCRIPTION:Class Description:\n\nManaging online reviews\, comments and questions can be daunting\, but is crucial to maintaining a healthy perception and relationship with your customers\, present and future. Hailey Everson will clarify why reviews are important to your business\, how to request reviews from your clients\, and the impact your online voice has on your overall company brand. Attendees will learn how to respond to both negative and positive reviews in one consistent voice. Managers\, business owners\, customer service reps and anyone involved in marketing will especially benefit from this class.\n\n\n\nRegister by Thursday\, April 1 to be included in the lunch count.\n\n\n\nThis class will be held in person at the Chamber office.
