Beth-Alison has an MBA in Marketing from St. Thomas University and 15 plus years of executive level experience prior to Stearns as well as having started and owned two of her own businesses. Post acquisition\, Beth-Alison used a process of power networking and was able to find multiple opportunities to consult\, was elected to the board of Camp Get-A-Well-A\, a non-profit headquartered in the Twin Cities and then recently accepted a position as the Director of Marketing for Crest Healthcare in Dassel\, MN.
