DESCRIPTION:The Government Affairs Division of the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce is comprised of business people and volunteers who have a passion for issues and activities at all levels of government.  Locally\, statewide\, and nationally\, they serve as advocates for all Chamber members.  Join us at our regular meetings on the third Wednesday of the month at 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. Topics are different each month. Erickson has played a critical role in the housing policy discussion in Minnesota since joining Housing First Minnesota in 2017\, where he's managed its regulatory advocacy and research programs.\n\n \n\nFounded in 2018 by Housing First Minnesota\, the leading building industry trade association in Minnesota\, Housing Affordability Institute is a 501c(3) think tank seeking to increase housing affordability and access while advancing homeownership opportunities for all. Housing Affordability Institute produces industry-leading research and commentary on homeownership and the cost drivers behind our growing affordability challenges.
