SUMMARY:Customer Service Training April 26\, 2012
DESCRIPTION:Completely different than in previous years!\n\nThis year\, the training is comprised of a panel of individuals from different businesses to discuss what they do to provide exceptional service to their customers and how that service impacts their businesses. The program will allow you to learn first hand how customer service impacts local business\, interact with panel members in a discussion-based format\, and discover how social media is being used to enhance customer service in businesses. This training is facilitated by Michelle Super\, owner of her own business Super Consulting Services LLC\, which provides human resource solutions for small to medium size businesses. Michelle is a 15 year veteran in successfully helping companies solve their customer service challenges. Through experience with multiple companies\, Michelle has created strategies\, procedures and policies to produce a successful HR approach for clients.\n\nThis redesigned customer service program is intended for managers...owners...and anyone else who needs a reminder about the importance of customer service and how it improves overall business. Group interaction and panel discussion are combined to provide you and your employees with knowledge of the best customer service practices.
