Here's a hint: the secret lies in how the company envisions and communicates its values of creativity and innovation. During this workshop, we will explore the fundamental habits of businesses, like Pixar, that make thinking outside the box part of their social fabric. Plus, we will have some fun along the way.
Matthew S. Vorell is an associate professor in the Department of Communication Studies at SCSU. He teaches courses related to leadership, teamwork, creativity and innovation. He has consulted with small and multinational companies to optimize business practices.
